Dr. ROBERTO LASTRA GARCIA

Neurosurgeon Director - Founder of NEUROCLINIC SURGERY BARCELONA

Dr. Lastra Garcia is a renowned specialist in Neurosurgery. He has more than 15 years of experience in the profession and extensive training in different fields of the specialty. Specifically, he is an expert in minimally invasive spine surgery, brain tumours, vertebral deformity surgery, scoliosis surgery without fusion (Vertebral Body Tethering), herniated discs, lumbar and cervical herniations and vertebral fixation with navigator.


He is currently director of Neuroclínica Cirugía Barcelona, associate at Teknon Medical Center, Sagrada Família Clinic, Health and Care, Terrassa Health Consortium, Remei Clinic and Turó Park Clinics in Barcelona.

Dr. FABIÁN ROMERO ENRIQUE CHALA

  • Dr. Fabian Romero Enrique Chala is a renowned specialist in Neurosurgery. He trained as a specialist in Neurosurgery at the Vall d'Hebron University Hospital in Barcelona and has completed international training stays at UCSF-Medical Center, USA1. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.


  • He has several years of training and experience in different fields of the specialty. He has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery of the spine and the preservation of movement functions; as well as in cerebral vascular malformative pathology.


Dr. XAVIER MÀLAGA VALLÈ

Neurosurgeon

Dr. Xavier Màlaga Vallè is a neurosurgeon specializing in oncological and skull base surgery, spinal cord oncology surgery, degenerative spine surgery and trigeminal neuralgia.

He completed his residency in Neurosurgery at the Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital. After that, he worked in the public sector for 3 years as an assistant. He joined the Instituto Clavel team in 2016. Since then, together with the magnificent collaboration of his colleagues, he has dedicated himself to both spine surgery and brain surgery, focusing on the latter and coordinating the neuro-oncology committee of the QuironSalud hospital.
